I used a font size of 8 i think. It was definitely 9-11% off, i remember comparing the height:width ratio of the two in pixels. (COULD HAVE been due to changing font size from 8.5 to 8 in word? I'll run some checks on it when I get a chance. The ascii text was about 10% taller - i.e people looked thinner/taller. Not sure if this has been fixed?
